Our Services

  • Individual Counselling

    Individual Counselling

At Presence of Mind Psychology, we understand that taking the first step to come to therapy may have challenges. You may find your thoughts and feelings compete with each other over the decision of whether you should reach out or not.  Be assured that at Presence of Mind Psychology we want to make the process a little easier for you.

  • Couples Therapy

    Couples Therapy

At Presence of Mind Psychology, we recognize that maintaining a healthy and fulfilling relationship requires effort, communication, and understanding. Our couple therapy services are designed to help partners navigate challenges, enhance their connection, and foster a deeper understanding of each other. Whether you're facing conflicts, communication issues, or simply want to strengthen your bond, our experienced therapists are here to support you.

  • Children & Parenting Support

    Children & Parenting Support

Presence of Mind Psychology can support new parents, overwhelmed parents, parents who don’t know what to do next, parents who want stronger skills, and parents facing mental health conditions. A therapist can help you through difficult and changed situations or behavioural concerns.

  • Family Therapy

    Family Therapy

Through Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, we focus on helping families build stronger emotional bonds. This approach helps family members identify and express their needs, learn how to respond to each other with empathy, and develop healthier ways of relating. The aim is not just to resolve specific issues but to create a lasting foundation for thriving relationships, where the family can support each other through challenges and celebrate each other’s successes.

  • ADHD and ASD Assessment

Understanding the way your brain works can provide clarity, self-understanding, and access to appropriate support.

Our clinic offers comprehensive psychological assessments for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (Autism/ASD). Assessments are tailored to each person and consider their developmental history, current experiences, strengths, challenges, and individual circumstances.

  • Group DBT Therapy

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, or DBT, is an evidence-based therapy approach that helps people build practical skills to manage emotions, cope with distress, improve relationships, and respond more effectively to life’s challenges.

Our DBT skills groups are structured, supportive, and practical.
